Our wheat rolls for baking are not just small wheat biscuits that we make with and without fillings. They are like small, handy yeast pralinés that are ideal for snacking and, with our various fillings, will suit every taste.
A lot goes on before the delicious snack rolls are made. The yeast dough is first kneaded well and then rests for some time so that a crispy crumb can develop during the baking process.
This not only looks appealing, it also tastes nice and crispy. Depending on your preference, our wheat rolls is filled with a delicious cream or simply left "natural" and pre-baked.
Finally, the rolls relax and wait until they are on their way to make you happy.
