We, as Germany's only producer of wraps, are pleased that our range has been so well received by food retailers, industry and gastronomy, and thus also by end consumers. Of course, as a young company, we also follow the latest food trends. That is why we have expanded our portfolio to include Wheat rolls for baking.

By the way: the art of baking and baker's tradition are learned "from scratch"! Both the experience from the 120-year history of "Sinnack Backspezialitäten" and the lived company and family philosophy of "non-stop quality" are both a claim and a challenge at Sinnack Snacks.

QUALITY SINCE 1899

For over 120 years, the family tradition has continued. Founded in 1899 by Julius Sinnack, the family and sister company "Sinnack Backspezialitäten" continues to grow and prosper.

The same applies to us, Sinnack Snacks GmbH & Co. KG, which has its origins in 2005. Since then, we have enjoyed healthy growth, a stable and constantly increasing order situation, cooperation with valuable partners and customers and always exciting challenges.

OUR HISTORY

The foundation stone is laid

2005

The company is entered in the commercial register as Gräfer Back GmbH.

Baking is in progress

2006

In 2006, the first wheat wraps are baked at the company's site in Lohne..

The first certificate

2008

After two years of production, the company is IFS certified for the first time..

The offer grows

2008-2012

During this period, investments are made in two new wraps production lines to increase production volume.

All natural

2013

The customer base grows steadily and the first wraps are made without preservatives.

A new start

2014

Jana Sinnack takes over the management and realigns the company.

A new chapter

2016

Through the takeover of Marc Gräfer's shares in the company by Jana Sinnack, the company passes completely to the Sinnack family.

We continue to grow

2021

The product portfolio will be further expanded with another product line.

Expansion of production to include a third wrap production line. Change of name to Sinnack Snacks GmbH & Co. KG.

OUR QUALITY STANDARDS

You expect us to produce and deliver high-quality baked goods of impeccable quality and consistency. And rightly so! Our individual and customer-oriented product range offers all wraps and wheat rolls for baking in different sizes and flavours.

The food safety of our products is our top priority; we meet these requirements through proven measures, audits, regular training and food practices that serve the safety and hygiene of the products. Furthermore, with the introduction of the IFS Food Standard, we have reacted to an additional requirement of the market and work on our process flows every day. Of course, we also have other certificates, such as Halal, Kosher and Vegan.

And all these demands on ourselves pay off! For the third time in a row, we have been honored by the DLG (Deutsche Landwirtschafts-Gesellschaft) Food Test Center with the "Award for Longstanding Product Quality. This company award stands for consistent striving for quality and is only awarded if food products have been regularly and successfully tested by the DLG for at least five years.

We are particularly proud to have been awarded the "Landesehrenpreis für Lebensmittel NRW" by the Ministry of Agriculture and Consumer Protection of North Rhine-Westphalia. We received this award in November 2023. The prize is awarded to companies from North Rhine-Westphalia that offer high quality food and its production. It also recognizes our commitment to sustainability.

We demand that we produce top products in terms of quality and price. Our credo is a combination of high performance, reliability, fairness, a sense of trends and an orientation towards customer needs. We are proud of this!
