Wheat flour, water, rapeseed oil, humectant: glycerol; spelt flour, oat flour, rye flour, rye malt grind, linseeds (brown and golden) (1%), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; iodised salt (table salt, potassium iodate), dextrose, roasted malted barley flour, wheat germs, acid regulators: malic acid, sodium acetate; stabiliser: sodium carboxymethyl cellulose

Bend the pack well before opening so that the tortillas separate from one another. Take the tortillas out of the pack. Heat in microwave for about 30 seconds or in a hot pan for a few seconds on each side.
